Antimicrobial resistance is a threat to effective prevention and treatment of an ever-increasing range of infections caused by bacteria, parasites, viruses and fungi (World Health Organisation, WHO, 2015*).  WHO predict that one day no antibiotics may be left to fight life-threatening conditions, subsequently it’s becoming important to find alternate chemical-free solutions for infection control which can improve public health.

SAW Hygiene is committed to improve well-being of all by reducing dependency on chemical treatments in infection control. Our solutions don’t create resistant strains of microbes, giving advantage over conventional methods where effectiveness is reduced over time due to bacterial resistance.

SAW Hygiene offers Chemical Free Microbial Disinfection

SAW solutions are 100% chemical-free, manufactured using a patented technology from our European collaborator with an ability to reduce microbial load in a very short contact time (<10 seconds, depending on exposure). SAW Hygiene’s current product portfolio include solutions for industry and we are working hard to bring innovative, simple, affordable, green microbial control solutions for domestic users.
